Welcome to the Institut Supérieur de Management, IAE of Versailles Saint Quentin-en-Yvelines

You have chosen the Institut Supérieur de Management, IAE of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, and become part of a dynamic community dedicated to training and research in management.

Our project, our ambition: to help you realize your professional project, and to support it by offering you appropriate training, individualized follow-up and, if you need it,  listening ear and advice. 

You'll be joining a vast university community, the University Paris-Saclay, ranked 15th in the world in 2023 in the Shanghai ranking, and the national community of students and graduates of France's IAEs, a network that currently federates 38 university schools of management throughout France, both in mainland France and overseas.

Our training programs, from undergraduate to doctoral level, are taught by qualified professors, researchers and trainers. Thanks to the integration of the LAREQUOI  Research center, our training programs are consistent with our research orientations. They benefit from the team's scientific activities, which is a guarantee of quality and relevance. This linkage, the combination of the different types of teaching you receive, and the involvement of our administrative team, make our training courses a success.

As we train management executives, proximity to the professional world is essential. This is why ISM-IAE is part of the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines business environment, the 2nd largest economic hub in Western Paris and the 1st largest commercial hub in the Yvelines department, where we maintain constructive, ongoing relations with a very large number of companies, public and private organizations, both large and small, and with the local authorities in the Yvelines department.

ISM-IAE of Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines also relies on a number of partnerships (Sup de V, Proméo, Supalia, etc.) to offer work-study programs adapted to continuing education: over 80% of our students are enrolled in a work-study program, which ensures that their academic training is adapted to professional needs, and guarantees a high level of professional integration.

We also combine the local with the global, and offer students the opportunity to study and study abroad, when health circumstances allow, whether through international exchange programs or the organization of an intercultural & international management seminar for each group in Europe, North America or Asia, within the framework of partnerships.

Our dynamic teaching and administrative teams ensure that our range of courses is constantly evolving, based in particular on your assessment of the course you are following and your feedback, which helps us to improve our courses year on year.

For the ISM-IAE de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, management must be integrated and responsible, as part of the Social Responsibility of Universities (RSU) in which we are, collectively and for each of us, the players. In this respect, all our decisions, particularly those concerning our organization, are part of the promotion of sustainable development, as well as the fight against all forms of discrimination and the reduction of our impact on the environment. For example, we no longer ask students to print three or four copies of their dissertations - one can be enough; we give preference to rail transport for the shortest journeys and, in addition to the essential sorting of waste, we must try to limit its production.

We also encourage all ISM-IAE staff and students to limit digital flows, whose impact must also be taken into consideration: we must always prefer direct, “traditional” relations, which also has the merit of giving us an excuse to do a bit of physical exercise!

You are also directly involved in the governance of our institute, through the regular election of student members to our board, and you can also propose and take action, particularly through the collective projects integrated into most of our courses. Beyond this institutional aspect, all our stakeholders are invited to exchange and discuss their projects.
