ISM-IAE's training programs promote integrated, responsible management, combining organizational expertise with a societal approach.

ISM-IAE specializes in cross-disciplinary approaches to management, with both professional and academic teaching. All our courses are supported by our management research laboratory, LAREQUOI.

Almost all courses are offered on a sandwich course basis, in partnership with the apprentice training centers (CFA) of the CCI Paris Île-de-France and Promeo. Continuing education programs are also offered in partnership with IFG Executive Education, part of the INSEEC U group.

There are two types of initial training: traditional training with courses throughout the year, followed by an internship period, and apprenticeship training with alternating courses and work in the company.
